House rules for the holiday apartment

Arrival and departure:

• Check-in is from 3:00 PM, check-out is until 10:00 AM.
• Please inform us in advance of your arrival time.

Smoke:

• Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the apartment. Please use the terrace or outdoor area for smoking.

Pets:

• Pets are not allowed in our holiday apartment.

Noise level:

• Please respect your neighbors and avoid loud music and parties, especially between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m.

Kitchen:

• Please clean the kitchen after use and dispose of waste in the designated containers.
• Food should be stored in closed containers.

Waste disposal:

• Waste separation is important: Please separate paper, plastic, organic waste, and residual waste. Information on waste disposal is available in the apartment.

Wash:

• Towels and bed linen are included in the rental price. Please use the provided laundry baskets for dirty laundry.

Safety precautions:

• Please always close windows and doors when you leave the apartment.
• Handle heaters carefully.

Inventory:

• Please handle furniture and appliances with care. Please notify us immediately of any damage.

The park:

• Use only designated parking spaces. Observe the traffic regulations in the area.

Internet usage:

• Free Wi-Fi is available. Please use it responsibly.

Emergencies:



• In case of emergencies and emergency services, you will find information in the apartment.
